What is the best way to maximize the number of innings this pitcher throws? He has stamina of 59 but durability of only 19.

I have a similar guy (66 stamina, 15 durability) and have his pitch count set for 55-65 as a starter. I had him in the bullpen for 25 games, then shifted him to the rotation and he made 22 starts and got me 119 innings. I would expect about another 20-25 innings or so as a full-time starter.

He would also get a lot of innings as a setup A with a 30 or 40 PC. Especially if he is your exclusive setup A.

I might use as a starter, 90 Pitch Max, 55 Target pitch count. He would recover with 4 days rest most cases. Use a good opposite arm reliever behind him at LRA .

I'd have him in high leverage situations if he was in the pen or as a SP. I'd go 80 pitches with a 99 rest setting. For guys that have less than 20 durability, it is less tricky because when he goes 40 pitches, he won't come out with 100 energy the next game. He'll definitely have some fatigue so the system will rest him. Whereas a guy with higher durability is more tricky because he could pitch 40 pitches and the next day he is still showing 100 energy so the system pitches him again the next day and, all of a sudden, he is down to zero energy.
