I'd have him in high leverage situations if he was in the pen or as a SP. I'd go 80 pitches with a 99 rest setting. For guys that have less than 20 durability, it is less tricky because when he goes 40 pitches, he won't come out with 100 energy the next game. He'll definitely have some fatigue so the system will rest him. Whereas a guy with higher durability is more tricky because he could pitch 40 pitches and the next day he is still showing 100 energy so the system pitches him again the next day and, all of a sudden, he is down to zero energy.
