i fear a long year at Emirates

not replacing Flamini is a mistake - wtf is Wenger thinking - central defense in the middle of the park and at the back will be the downfall all year - not to mention this team will get repeatedly pushed around

i think he can play that role - and it helps that the back line is mostly french

back Armand Traore has gone out on loan to Portsmouth and, at today's press conference, Wenger said he's still looking at bringing in one more DM. So I guess that gives us a clue about where he's planning on playing Silvestre

whats wrong with Kieran Gibbs

i thought we were pretty deep at the back

LB - Gael Clichy (ironman), Kieran Gibbs
CB - William Gallas, Philippe Senderos
CB - Kolo Toure, Johan Djourou
RB - Bacary Sagna, Justin Hoyte

is he going to send Gibbs and Hoyte out on loan?

Arsenal sold Justin Hoyte to Middlesbrough for a reported three million pounds.

Gibbs has been linked to a loan to Reading after they sold Nicky Shorey. I really like Gibbs.
