RE NOT FILLING



is there a time limit as to when admin will decide it won't let a private league remain unfilled before they either delete or merge the world with another?

and this under the strong assumption that most owners in said private world would NOT stay if the world is turned public first or merged with a public world

I'm guessing the answer is that they will let it sit there forever

I'm also guessing that if even one person in the world submits a ticket about how long it is taking for the world to roll, it would hit their radar and they would want to "do" something eventually
