This does not relate to WIS, but there are enough here with vast excel experience that I thought I might get a solution to my problem. I have exported a report to excel. The output in excel has a blank line between each record that I want to delete. I know that I can do this manually, but there has to be a better way. Is there a command or method that I can use to delete the blank lines in one step or a few? Thanks.

highlight all the columns, hit F5 (the GoTo function), click "special" and select "blanks" from the menu; click ok; this will highlight all blank rows; right click and delete them.
