I've got a few players in AA and High A that could start on my ML team. Sad, yeah. Should I move them straight to the Bigs, or let them play for a little while in each league. ?

Are they going to help you make the playoffs? If not, don't burn the ML year.

Since you said it was "sad" that your AA and Hi-A players are better than your MLers, I'm guessing your Big League team doesn't look like a contender. If these kids are really prospects, I'd promote them one level each if they've been doing well at their current level for at least a half yr.
