We will not skip picks in the first round. If an owner has missed their time slot in the first round we will make every effort to get them to make their pick.
In the second round this will change.
For all rounds, if you can not make your pick please send a proxy pick to the next 4 owners in the draft, to myself, and to any other owner who might be around to make the pick for you.

Eligible players:
all 1987 all stars may be picked by any owner.
all players who just played for one of the 6 teams that were not selected are eligble to be drafted by any team.
combined players may be picked only by the teams that said player played for in real life in 2009 (I.e., Cliff Lee can only be drafted by the Indians or the Phillies).
Combined players who played part of the season for a team that was not picked go to the picked team by default (Jake Peavy goes to the WhiteSox because the Padres were not picked).
Combined players who played for 2 teams that were not picked have become unrestricted free agents and can be taken by any team (Ivan Rodriguez and Scott Kazmir fall into this category).
