At division three, a player with something in the vicinity of fifty in speed and Athleticism. A twenty something rebounding. A Ball Handling of over seventy. A passing of over fifty. Defense around fifty.

But a low post around 20 and a perimeter approaching thirty.

At Division three. What position would you play the player at? Shooting guard? Small forward? Why?

Decent BH and Pass, speed and ath, but no offense? PG.

I was wondering if that Pass would be high enough for a PG.

a similiar guy played backup sf and pg, until his jr season, started at sf, his senior season started at PG, almost a clone of what you are describing, except less per and lp, more reb, he is ranked #11 all time at west conn in tark in REBOUNDING to this day, just call him 'magic' critchfield, 741 career reb, 411 career assists, 186 steals, never shot a single 3 in his career:
