Did you have lots of transfers on you or something? Probation for boosters? What is up with your integrity?

I hate them they are useless.

Had a couple of players quit, because I didn't live up to my promises. But still, players unhappy and transferring happen quite often and it doesn't usually tarnish the coaches reputation.

I'm not upset, just thought it was amusing that they wouldn't hire me, even after an 0-27 season.

You can't be fired from D3. But if you don't keep promises it hurts your rep, which hurts in getting jobs.

this is a game - it has rules - those rules cause broken promises to hurt your rep - damage to your rep hurts your promotion prospects

likewise, using booster gifts will hurt your rep and hurt your promotion prospects

damage to your rep in this game will not lead to your being fired at the D3 level

these rules are for this game and not for real life - see for example Mr. Calipari's recent promotion to Kentucky despite certain, er, SAT taking and other problems at his former gig
