I don't understand why trades agreed to BEFORE the Rule 5 draft freeze aren't processed immediately after the draft, or at worst, during the AM2 cycle. Instead, it's like Rule 5 day doesn't exist and the trade will not process until 48 hours after the trade has been agreed to (i.e. a trade made the day before Rule 5 freeze day at 7:15 PM EST will not process until the PM2 cycle of the first ST schedule day).

no, but I've always wanted to start a whine thread. And it's keeping me from signing two FA, as the trade that will process clears some payroll.
