offseason improvements ineligibles Topic

question: As I understand it, players who fail in the second grading period are not eligible for offseasons improvements.

Since I have not had this occur before I wanted to confirm this.

I guess that would be a break since this moron (Kittleson on my Crum OU team) has a 17 WE, he would lose some in offseason.

I don't think is true unless it's been changed recently. I've had 2 players become ineligible in the 2nd grading period and I know for sure one of them improved in the offseason. The other player, which happened recently I really don't remember because I didn't pay attention to his improvement.

It's never happened to me, but kmason is right. It's not that they're not eligible to improve, they just supposedly see stunted growth (or neg. growth??) b/c the rationale is that they're in summer school instead of practicing on their own or whatever.

I have one that just failed ain the final grading period. I have his ratings written down. I will try to give an answer if I can remember.
