Need some help getting the best lineup together for my DII team. Its the best I have ever had and while I am winning, I am really struggling scoring and turning the ball over a ton. Here's the roster:

I run a Motion/Man 2 Man. All the seniors and juniors have IQs of A or A-. B and B+ for everyone else.
My main problem involves Franklin and Mitchell. Johnstone and Jenkins are too good not to start. Franklin is slow but a sharpshooter. He's too good to sit the bench but can get burned by fast SGs. So I've sometimes started him at SF to lessen the impact of his lack of speed.
Mitchell is the only dominant athlete I have and a great scorer. But he's worthless on defense and is a turnover machine. But he's a decent rebounder and adds needed athleticism to the lineup.
Homes is a redshirt soph center and the other centers are true sophs. None of them are really performing.
So I've tried a few lineups: Johnstone, Jenkins, Mitchell, Crocker, Holmes (RS soph) with Franklin off the bench at PG and SG...and the remaining guards only getting a few minutes.
Or...Johnstone, Jenkins, Franklin, Crocker, Holmes with Mitchell as backup SF and PF to get him minutes and Rowan and Houghton getting more minutes at guard.
Or...Johnstone, Jenkins, Franklin, Mitchell, Crocker. Played this alot last season with the young front court. Better perimeter play and less turnovers but can get abused on the boards.
Any advice would be helpful. I need to find the right combination to make this team competitive come tourney time. Thanks.
