Foul Trouble Only vs Mopup Topic

Which would result in less minutes for a player. Assuming that the team is not in foul trouble.

I think you have the settings mixed up (Understandable so, it is worded awkwardly). Foul trouble only means that a player will stay in the game no matter what unless he gets into foul trouble. Not that he will only go into a game when another player is in foul trouble.

The obvious answer is mop-up.

Pork is right, though I know a lot of people thought of it the other way. I know I initially did.

Yes, nothing like having your bench warmer play 38 minutes. That is definitely a distinction you figure out fairly quickly :)
