For the first time since 2007, I had to enforce the 110-loss rule. Any owner who had 110 losses or more last season is not eligible for Season IX.

12 NL teams and 12 AL teams
** Enthusiastic Simmers Needed **
Pick your franchise/city and draft your $90 Million team using players' years from that franchise/city only.
* No DH
* No clones
* No Waiver Wire
* No Trades
* 6/2 "above average" AAA players (and you will RENAME these players after real players from your city/franchise *for name familiarity throughout the league*).
* Must use any stadium that franchise/city used. Only two instances of a franchise/city allowed if they are traditional teams.
* Must have city and nickname in name then add something creative to it if you like.

NATIONAL LEAGUE IS NOW CLOSED !!! Unfortunately, any owner who had an NL team last season must move to the AL. The Brewers will probably move to the NL to leave room for Lagermcale if he decides to defend his title. Please sitemail me if there is a problem with this if you had an NL team last season!
