not much chance at getting past 830. He hasnt got much more room for growth. 10 in RB, 15 in DEF, 10 in ST/DUR. . . . etc. . .

Also, his high work ethic would not make him end up with higher ratings than if he had average work ethic. He would simply get to his ceiling faster (which is still good, of course).

Daalter - I disagree if the guy is good enough to be drafted. He won't be hitting his caps, so he WILL end up higher.

So you're saying if the guy is good enough to leave after his junior season? That's a pretty big if (because he'd have to have the ratings, plus the team success, plus the bad luck of leaving), and even if it came to fruition I still don't agree, because this guys moves up so quickly, he'll be capped by the end of his jr season anyway.
