Interest in new World? Topic

I was thinking about a potential new World for HD, but a different type than the 2 types that exist now a more game plan intensive world. How would people feel about a world with 1 game a day but you could gameplan for the start of both halves? For example the 1st half would be simmed at 2am and the 2nd half simmed at 2pm. I always thought this would be a great world and would cut down on some randomness due to the ability to adjust. I remember reading on here once this is how it's done in Gridiron Dynasty, so I don't see why it can't be done here.

It will probably end up being another shell of a world with the other ones losing out even more people to the ones who like the idea.

Of itself, that's a great idea, kmason. However, with so many of the existing worlds nowhere close to full capacity, and with the overwhelming consensus that the newest worlds helped cause this, you're likely to find a great deal of opposition to this idea. For one, I would enjoy such a world.

and I doubt they would want to - or could handle - worlds with different coaching formats

Worlds with a different set of settings just aren't going to happen, no matter how good of an idea they might sound like. The cost to WIS to create a completely new engine for 1 world is way to high for it to be realistic.

Agree that it's not currently viable, and will likely never be in HD.
