Quick question from a D3 coach. I know that if my prestige improves, players from the D2 list move down to the D3 list. Do players from the D1 list also move down to the D2 list, and then would become available to pull down (small chance as it is)?

I don't know if players actually move from DI to DII. I doubt it. However, even if they do, they would still be the very high end of DII players and won't give you the time of day.

If you were at d2 then players would move from d1 to d2 list. Regardless of if that happens when you are at d3 or not it doesn't matter because you won't be signing them.

I would guess the answer is yes, but it doesn't matter as zhawks says. Those would be the best of the D2 screen, and some D2 team is going to take them, and they will not be pullable.
