Yeah... that's a great story... :-))

On one of my best acid trips I literally felt like I was part of the big bag and watched all of the univeral periodic table space stuff coagulate into the planets and junk and felt like every atom and molecule in the whole universe was connected like the same ingedients in a big batch of cookie dough that exploded out of an oven or something, lol...

...on a bad acid trip the walls were breathing and caving in on me, like they were going to eat me or some crap... I was freaking out, drank too much southern comfort, threw up and passed out in my friends backyard in the snow on New Years Eve for 2 hours...

But damn... a No-Hitter? That's freakin' amazing...

My first Grateful Dead show-

I hardly knew anything about them... was dosed out of my mind. Some guy had liquid and dropped a whole crapload in my mouth... I was seeing all this "Jerry this" and "Jerry that" paraphanalia... by the time the show started it was like Jerry Garcia was the "Wizard of Oz" to me and I was like... "Stop hiding behind that guitar and say something !! Tell me something !" Like he was some wise prophet who was going to unveil all the secrets of the univrse or some crap... my buddy was like, dude... just chill out and enjoy the show. Man, "Space" on acid in Soldiers Fied, Chicago in the middle of summer with all the crazy music and whale noises and screens of space scenes... it was nuuuutttttsss....

Who else has got some good acid stories?
Come on... some of us had to have had a wild side at some point when we were young and adventurous... some of us still do ! :-))

:-)) that reminds me of a completely SOBER dream I had one time while I was working up in Nak Nak Bay, Alaska for Oceantrawl on a floating Salmon processor ship one summer... I had "freezer duty" for a few hours... FU@@ !! was it cold down in that freezer... I had a dream that day/night (the sun "went down" at midnight or so and rose at 4am and we were working 6 on, 6 off shifts as the work was so monotonous, usually gutting salmon and throwing them on down the shoot-- going to sleep twice a day so to hell if I knew if it was a day dream or night dream) and anyhow... in this dream there were rats down in the freezer and they were hungry and couldn't get into the boxes to eat the Salmon and somehow I felt sorry for them and they said to me "the monkeys have the hands !! Damn you !! the monkeys have the hands!"

And I thought...yeah... I guess we're lucky that the monkeys got hands and that prehensile thumb...

If you believe in that sort of thing... if you believe the earth was created 6,000 years ago, well, hell... that's your opinion, man, and you're certainly entitled to it :-)) Fu-- it, man, we've got hands and computers and mouses... I'm damned happy about that... sure as hell beats being a rat... let's play some Baseball !
