I am out now that the cap is 120 mil. Can't reach that cap with the players avalible to me.

Maybe I should lower the cap? Like I said I'm new to this and open to suggestions

I think the cap should be $100M. Everyone should be able to get to that, it will force folks to make some choices, and will allow choosing one's favorite announcer and still fielding a competitive team.
