Should I cut this player at the end of this season?

His core stats look good to me but I must admit that I did not notice he had a WE of 1. I am not sure how I did not notice but I didn't.

He does not know my Off/Def so his IQ's are bad as well, but he seems to be a decent contributor when he is on the floor. It just sucks that I screwed up on this one.

Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Well, are you comfy with how his ratings are now?

I'd keep him around, he won't get much if any better than he is now, but he won't regress either. His other numbers are good enough to be a solid back up.

His IQ will always lag but it won't hurt so much as long as he is just giving you 12-15 min a game.

I would only cut him if during recruiting you know your going to have enough money to sign a solid player. If you don't you could try to keep him around and see how he does.

Very good freshman, but more than likely his ratings aren't going to improve. Just take note that you'll take a rep hit if you drop him and you're trying to move up. If that's not an issue, then I would say let him go at the end of the season.
