If you are the top bidder for more than one coach of the same type (i.e. MLB hitting coach) you get the one you offered the most to, right?

So should you withdraw from the 2nd and 3rd choice coaches, if you really want one over the others?

Yes, but the danger is that someone may jump over you with a better offer, and meanwhile 2 and 3 go elsewhere. A lot like gambling.
