I'm in a recruiting battle in Tark, signings started yesterday at 8pm, when can I expect this player to make a decision?

I remember reading a thread where somebody broke down when recruits in battles make their decisions. Battles that werent so close, they decide right after the signing period begin, and close battles they took a while but the person gave a specific cycle in which they usually sign.

With that said, is there also a cap on if a player may sign with you depending on how much you spend.

(ex. Offer scholarship to recruit not considering anyone, but spend less than $200 on him.) Will he eventually sign if noone else offers or will he go Juco if you don't spend enough on him?

It depends on where he was "projected" (by himself) to go in relation to your program. I've signed guys for 100 to 135 pretty consistently...but they were last day filler guys that were just happy to play for me...



Do not expect that from a last day drop down that was expecting to play at a much better program than yours. You will probably have to spend around 800 to 1000 to get him to even consider you. Less if he is close and you can spend less on visits, etc.
