Progressive/Regressive League? Topic

Anyone around here be interested in starting or being in one of these leagues? I have a couple seasons and would like to try either a progressive or regressive league. Or if anyone is currently looking for owners I am very much interested.

Hoopsrus or Canesyanks13 - either of you want to run with this? Set up some guidelines and rules... I would but I am really busy until about new years... school and then a trip. If either of you want to take this on that would be greatly appreciated

sure, why not? how about the four of us figure out something via SM and I get the free team? seriously, though, ive never set up a prog. so i will need help and stuff, but i can run the draft board, etc.

What year should we start, Prog/Reg, and Cap? All things we need to establish...

Never done a progressive either... I dont think cap would be much of an issue as players would be picked through the draft and would move from season to season. I would profer progressive but either one works.
