Kind of an open-ended question, but as it pertains to your UWW team, I think you'll be OK this season...though your low team REB will be a big hurdle vs. the top teams (though you only play 3 humans the entire regular season, so this may not apply until the post-season). But with 8 upperclassmen and decent IQ's and staminas, I'd go uptempo in the majority of games. Use your depth to your advantage, esp. against this SIM-filled schedule.
You may even want to experiment with all zeros on the distro if you feel like your offense isn't in sync, as I think your team has good balance that has often led to all zeros working for my FB/FCP teams that were similarly balanced.
When recruiting, and esp. for the FB/FCP, you'll want to focus on ATH/SP, and look for kids with high potential in the key categories. I think you'll want some better rebounders down low in general. And focus on dropdowns almost exclusively.
When scheduling, do so with the team you'll have in mind. Don't overschedule, don't underschedule. Aim for a schedule that you think can give you a 7-3 record (imo). Play as many road games as you can w/o playing Little Sisters of the Poor.
I'll let other vets chime in with their pearls.
And you may want to check the pinned topics at the top of the forum. There's some good advice in there.
