i am a d3 coach and this is an email i received while pursuing a d2 player. what does this email mean? do i have a shot? no shot? can he be pulled down? is there a chance that he will drop down?

No shot. It doesn't appear he'll ever drop down. Even by slim chance he could, it probably wouldn't be worth the money used to get him to even consider playing at D-3.
