*1st Pick made AFTER Super Bowl
*Keeper lists must be up within 10 days after Super Bowl
*Both Super Bowl Participants MUST drop Defense
*No defense ranked below 24th in PA may be drafted or retained
*No Min/Max Keepers (besides above Defensive rules)
*Min $5M spent on ST,K,P
*Pick your city, and give your team a REALISTIC name that is NOT the name of an NFL team at that time (Ex: No Seattle Seahawks, but Seattle Ravens is OK)

maybe in the first season but how can you have a salary cap in a progressive league you draft the best team you can are you supposed to pass on expensive players or defenses ?

somethin like that... but the cap is just to establish it so every1 knows... no one is gonna have an 80M team unless teams tank, in which case coltonrocks and I will intervene...

Alright. I have never done a football progressive, so I feel it to be a moral imperative. And since Denver, the home of my Broncos, and, hopefully sometime very soon, the home of my wife and me, is taken, I will settle for the home of my beloved baseball Redbirds: St. Louis.
