So in honor of the guy who basically started the process of Free Agency

1. Pick any team team in history (note only two selections of each franchise)
2. Bring your cap to 60 mil by releasing players in free agency pool no more than 10 players can be released
3.I'll also add 25 free agents from the years teams are selected these players plus the players released to the pool from your teams may be twisted
4A Short Random 10 round snake style draft to fill spots and CaP will then be raised to 100 mil
5.Stadium from your year and team selection
6.No to DH and WW Random AAA, Yes to trades
7.40 live min for playoffs

wait til all 24 teams slect their cuts and then there will be a draft to get your missing players (can be twisted as free agents)
