Do new players/recruits appear on the search list after recruiting starts? I found a recruit and signed him that I never noticed before. I can't believe I would have overlooked this kid for my Watch List.

Guys who are cut appear after they are cut of course. Unless there was a problem with recruit generation that is all. I haven't heard of any of those lately...

Yes, some players from D2 will drop down to D3 if they don't get any interest from the D2 schools. They don't drop at the same time; it's a few each cycle, usually starting after signings. They drop to A+ prestige first, then A, etc.

Yes Drop downs will appear at various times for d2 and d3 schools

the only NEW recruits are transfers - guys who get cut

there are guys who you will see that you could not see before, as indicated
