Is it possible to have 4 regular starters and 1 tandem, and if so, how do you do this?

nope. they've said they plan to add a Tandem 5a and 5b but they haven't yet.

you can do anything you want if you change the rotation after every game ... or in that case, every few games

but as erff said, you can't "set" a rotation that way

That's stupid. But thanks for the idea of changing my rotation regularly. I don't know why I didn't think of that.
