Does a hitting coaches patience effect batting eye development? My HiA team in one of my worlds has a hitting coach with a hitting rating of 71 and a patience of 0. My players other hitting ratings have gone up during the season, but batting eye has not. Coincidence? If this has been discussed before, I apologize.

From the help screen:

- This is the coach's patience rating. The higher the rating, the easier it will be for him to tolerate and coach younger players. Of course, if he's really good in the other areas, his lack of patience may be acceptable.

So the coach's patience rating is not teaching patience at the plate, which is what the batting eye rating represents.
