i can't see him either, moe, but almost no one reaches their projections. part of the process of learning to evaluate talent is guessing where guys might top out. good makeup and health ratings, regular playing time, and consistent promotions help guys get closer. keep in mind: after 4 years in the minors ratings increases slow down considerably.

If you draft someone age 18-20, figure that with good coaching and high makeup, you can get 5-7 point improvements for at least four seasons, and smaller bumps thereafter.
