Just a quick question. What chance do I have to sign a 4 or 5 star recruit with a C+ prestige?

Very little. They may accept your efforts but it is likley you don't have enough money to fight off the big boys. In terms of prestige you are fine, but you probably don't have enough money unless you have 3-4 spots available and are only going after him.
