Just wanted to bring this up because here's another thing in that in real life, would never happen.

I signed a guy that went to Western Wyoming Community College in Rock Springs, WY. I go to my team page afterwards and find out that his hometown is actually Hopkins, SC, thus why would a guy from South Carolina with substandard grades attend a CC in Wyoming?

I know this has no bearing on anything, but it caught my eye and I laughed.

Why don't you go start your own Simulation Sports Site. You seem to have just so many good ideas!

I point out a bit of levity and its "go start your own SSS"...wow. FWIW I already have that to a certain degree...do you like baseball?

go check some of the top NJCAA teams from this season, specifically, Midland the #1 team. guys from all over the country and a few internationals. with computer access it only takes a few minutes of minimal research. c'mon, you should know better.

More specifically to your point, there are JC's that have better programs (DI feeder programs) and they get guys from everywhere for a multitude of reasons. Stop thinking of your local Community College and you'll get it.

namshub hit it right on the head. It happens all the time, colonels. You love raising hell around here, man.

the geography is often funny - as are player names and other bits

My favorite is still when I was recruiting a white kid from Oklahoma, whose favorite school was listed as Grambling.

i am upset that some of the faces of my players look ridiculous. i demand new faces!

also my most athletic big, with 99 ath, is a white guy. the only white guy on the team (at least they got that part right). but clearly this game is totally unrealistic and unworthy of my time ;) until all white players suck i am boycotting!

I personally believe that colonels is a seble plant. He shows up and whines incessantly about totally irrelevant crap which makes the rest of us bond and defend WIS.

In real life no one could be as much of a clueless self-absorbed jackhole as colonels.

Do you have any idea how the JUCO system works? Just like there are powerhouse NCAA teams there are powerhouse JUCOs. I used to cover high school basketball in NYC, despite there being a ton of JUCOs in NYC guys used to go Iowa and California for JUCO. On top of that a lot of guys went to prep schools Massachusets, CT and even Mississippi and Florida.
