Since the final cycle coach hiring logic got reworked, can someone explain what happens with guys looking for ML jobs that don't get one? Do they still only drop demands to AAA only if ALL the ML clubs already have filled their positions? And if there are still a few ML positions open, can you offer them lower level positions on the last cycle and not have them laugh at you while they end up going unemployed?

I know that towards the end of a cycle, I've offered higher level coaches a lower position for high bucks and had them accept.
