I want to get a job in div I, but with a C rep I don't think I can. I remember somewhere if you apply during new coach sign ups rep/loyalty is ignored. How do I do that? Do I move all my seasons over and then re-join up during new sign ups? Or am I just SOL?

Not really. No way would a coach with 4 nat titles, multiple sweet 16's, final four, elite 8 and a loss in the champ game should not be able to move up regardless of what my rep was. There should be a certain point when success outweighs an average rep.

Unless something was changed I am pretty sure its not. I know of a coach who could not move up to 'qualified' jobs for 2 seasons in a row. He dropped out for 4 seasons and then the next season was able to move up when the new coach sign ups came even though his rep was in the B range.
