Promotion adjustment period? Topic

Do you guys experience an "adjustment" period for guys you promote to MLB for the first time. I've had some guys with great numbers come up...and they hack it up for quite a while. MY first season...just wondered if this is just chance or does it seem to happen to you guys?

What numbers are you referring to? Ratings or stats? Because stats mean jack in the minors.
