Will Training Help this Pitcher? Topic

I had a pitcher go down for 2 seasons (350 days). We are beginning another season and he has 152 days of injury. Should I bump up the training budget to regain every possible rating from him, or can I stay with a "normal" range of training of $13-15M, since it may be too late to save the ratings?
