When the awards voting lists come up at the end of the season, the eligible players are listed 1 thru 5. There are 32 owners. Let's say 20 vote. That leaves 12 votes undecided. It is my understanding that WIS distributes these votes to the contenders. Does anyone know how they are apportioned? Does the guy listed #1 get more of these votes than #'s 2 thru 5? Is the order in which the players are listed any indication of a 'favorite', ie- the player deemed best qualified by WIS?

That's the way I always took it. Don't know for sure though.
