My brother and I are looking to move up into D2. I just finished my second year in the OAC, him his first in the OAC. He took H-Burg to the NT for the first time in school history, I am about .500 for two years. What are the chances of us being able to move up?

100%. As was stated in an earlier thread, all you need is a heartbeat to move up from D3 to D2.
