Question. If I accept a Rule 5 offer back, am I stuck paying the guy $327,000(that's what his salary is listed at)? He's gonna be in the minors. I don't want to pay him a ML salary if I take him back.

If you accept him back, you will pay the 327 for the remainder of the season AND he will autorenew next season at that amount - REGARDLESS OF WHETHER HE IS ON THE 40-MAN OR ML ROSTER AT THE END OF THE SEASON.
