I just had a really great transfer come to me and say he needs a place to get lots of playing time and he thinks it my school?

I am confused so I am pretty much going to get this guy then unless someone wants to steal him? Just weird that he contacted me and he is GOOD not bad like most players that contact you.

As far as I can tell, it means that he is just open to your recruiting efforts. YOu can make a go at him, not a given you will get him.

Yeah, it is not "automatic" Schroedess26. In my many seasons of HD I think I actually had 1 guy who contacted me who I thought about giving a scholly too. I like you, thought I wouldn't have to do much. I was wrong. I threw a couple of phone calls and letters at him, but he got more interest from somewhere else and signed with the other team. In fact, I don't think he was EVER even considering me, despite him being the one to contact me.

Did you make any effort at him when he came out of high school? That may be why he contacted you. But this is not a given that you will get him.
