The rules of this league would be:

Select 5 guys From 6 mil to 3 mil limited in minutes to 1800 to 2200
then
Select 5 guys From 3 mil to 250k limited in minutes to 1800 to 2200

last 2 guys would be 239k guys (do not have to play them)

Cap would be: 32 million

I would lower the low minutes from 1800 to 1600 or even 1500. 2200 + 1800 > 3936, and that's without the 102% wis minute fatigue rule. Of course, you don't have to draft a high end and a low end, but I think it'll open up more possibilities and rotations.

Not sure the salary restriction is necessary with the low (but incredibly awesome!!) cap, but that's just my opinion.

Great idea. I'm considering it. I have a lot of leagues and commitments atm, but I'm heavily considering it. I love platoons and almost always have at least one platoon on my team regardless of theme/cap. Almost.
