Is there a logical theory on how the generator figures turnovers, and does anyone have advice on what most affects them?

Defense can force TOs: Press the most, then man then zone. Ath/Spd/Def ratings for defenders, IQ of defenders.

Offense commits TOs: Fastbreak the most, then rest are close: low IQs create TO, then lower Ath/Spd/BH/Passing create TOs.

Also a distribution component. a team with 1 guy forcing all the shots has more TOs than a balanced attack. But it depends on that one player's ath/spd/bh/pass/iq

There seems to be a correlation between PASS ratings and amount of turnovers for a player. Certainly not the only factor (all of reinsel's thoughts are true) but passing seems to play the biggest part in my experience.

If it is an important game against a team that you think you should beat your 99atl/99speed/99BH & 99Pass guard will turn the ball over 8+ times. At least that is what usually happens to my teams.
