We are always trying to come up with new ideas and I LOVE hold em so here is my idea.

Base the draft process on the game itself:

The Draw: Once 24 sign up we hold a random draft for 2 exclusive players (1 hitter and 1 pitcher)

The Flop: Then I randomize 3 teams (WS winners) that all will use to draft from.

The Turn: Randomize 1 Season  that all will use to draft from.

The River: Each player will then sitemail me thier last pick (can be ANY non exclusive player) (I will send mine to a HOFER that signs up) Once I have the list of RIVER players I will post them here in the forum ONCE THE LEAGUE IS READY TO START.

Cap: 120 (will lower for TOC if needed)
WW: NO
DH: NO
AAA: 6/4 below avg (to fill holes)
Live min:50

No need to worry about the cap. Teams' TOC is determined by their roster, including the actual, real-player salaries of any AAA players on the active roster for the TOC.

If it doesn't fill for a while, yes. Otherwise, going to have to pass. Far too many teams going and haven't played much in the last 3 weeks.
