Are games simmed during the 2nd cycle of each thing? Like the 2nd game each day at 2pm and not 10 am?

Games are simmed at 11 AM, 7 PM and 3 AM EST.

I believe games are simmed based on oldness of the world. So the older the world the earlier it sims....right?

Correct. The times listed are just the start times. One of my worlds doesn't sim until about 50 minutes after the hour.

If you look at the link to your particular world, you'll see its "number", which roughly translates to the order in which they are simmed.
