I have a freshmen that I promised 15 minutes to, and 24 games into the season he has averaged 13 minutes coming off the bench... I've never had a problem with giving someone 13 minutes when I promised them 15

Lately I've been getting email's from him saying he's unhappy with his PT and the most recent one seems like he's a lock to quit next season.

His Work Ethic hasn't dropped, isn't that the normal sign that he's really ******?

I would really hate to lose this guy over 2 minutes..

The problem is the dividing line is at 13.5 for 15 promised minutes, which would be equivalent to 90%. You've only given him 13.0.

So if he were to stay at 13, it's a lock he's going to transfer? Or it's 50/50?

he may not transfer, (I'm not sure) but I know your reputation will take a hit for not keeping your promise.

I'm not sure if he will transfer since you're already 24 games into the season, it may be too late, but you can try.

You are playing the same crappy sim team twice in a row to end the regular season and are 61 point favorites in the first one. Why not just start the guy for 2 games, set him at tired and make sure he gets at least 20 minutes in each of them? That would put you just over 13.5 min/g.
