1. Anyone ever get signed to a job that they were "not qualified" for?

2. Do players ever transfer from sim coached teams?

actually I think I have seen a transfer from a sim-coached team, but I can't recall the details

In DII Wooden there is a transfer from SIM Catawba, but they were human coached last season, so it is likely broken human promises. I have never seen a SIM recruit transfer. SIM teams don't make promises.
