Ash's Random Franchises will be a way to balance franchises that you've never used before, and your drafting skills. Each team will be given a franchise to draft each position from, and they will be able to pick ANY player from that franchise listed at that position. The first random example is below-

Clones OK, WW off, no rookies, $47 mil cap. Random teams will be posted and sitemailed once signup is complete. The only time a new random set of teams will be allowed is if a team cannot reach a salary of $45 million.
