Does Recruiting Recency Matter? Meaning, if you spend a whole lot of money at the start of recruiting, does it matter any more or less if you were to wait a day or spend it later in recruiting?

yes. earlier is better. beginning is all the same, not sure where the cutoff is, maybe 24 hours into it.

You get credit for putting in more early like building up interest so its better to get in there early if you know you want a guy.
