Hey guys, im going into my third season and im interested in switching teams. I currently coach d3 Becker and when I signed up I signed up for a team which was in an empty conference (no active coaches). I'd like to switch to a more active conference, how should I do it?

when the job application period starts (1 day after renewal deadline) go to the jobs tab under office and it will tell you what jobs are open at each division and what you qualify for then apply. Jobs start filling the next morning.
