Simmy assigns bottom of the barrel types for you. Sometimes you get good ones, pretty often you get bad ones

Since the updates to the coach hiring system, it pays to make an offer to an acceptable coach or you can (like me) spend a season with a AAA hitting coach with a ~28 hitting rating and ~52 pitching rating.
